LOMAKIN (full name Jay Lomakin) a multidisciplinary artist born in Belarus and now living and working in San Francisco, brings a unique fusion of pop art and contemporary sculpture to his work.  He developed his practice around simple, easily recognizable, and universally relatable imagery. His work combines elements of sculpture, woodworking, character design, and contemporary drawing.  It exhibits a vibrant, graphic style that's characterized by bold colors, clear forms, and a playful, yet minimalistic approach.
